Esharoth UK Ltd was set up in 2006 to provide value accommodation attractive to a wide variety of people including first time buyers, investors, students, young professionals and hospital workers from both locally and overseas. Andrew Fantom, who is the Managing Director approached us at Uncle Moe Internet Consultants and asked us to provide us with a new platform to launch a property development. This property development is called 137 West Bar which is based in Sheffield, which offers students and young professionals including doctors and nurses of the local hospitals the opportunity to purchase or rent accommodation at competitive prices.

The solution which was offered included a scalable property portfolio which was utilised a custom build CMS system with multimedia facilities including picture slideshows and video walkthroughs of the properties.
